Gym and football. I love it.

Yesterday I was back into my old routine, watching the first Premier League match at home, and getting down to the gym for the second one.

The first half I was on the treadmill with 8 lb. hand weights, and walking at a slow 2.5 mph speed.  I don’t just walk with them, I do every possible position I can think with the weights.  Then the second half I walk at 3 mph without weights.  I am home for the 3rd match.

Today it is our team, Arsenal playing Chelsea right now.  Arsenal are 1 up, but I am not optimistic about their chances.  At halftime we will be down the gym in the 15 minute break, to watch the second half.  This 45 minutes I will be doing the incline.

As soon as the match finishes I will do the last 35 minutes of Zumba class, and if hubby is okay, I will then go back on the treadmill to watch the first half of the Liverpool match.  If not we will come home, and this afternoon I will be boxing in my walk-in closet.

I love weekends.
