Body combat class today.

Body combat is a fun class, but with my right knee issues, I usually manage about 25 minutes before all the lower body starts. I cannot do mountain climbers etc.

This is my warm up for Muay thai kickboxing with my trainer at 1 p.m.

Now I am doing recovery on the upside down Bosu ball, before I drive hubby home, and have my protein shake.

I love being a gym rat.
