Body Combat was substituted with Zumba Strong today.

I was told that it wasn’t dancing, but kicking, and boxing.

I only did 10 minutes as it was all legs, and floor.

I got the upside down Bosu ball, put in by the class window, and did boxing while getting my aerobics in.

On the rare occasions they did boxing I did it too, but 95% is legs, and my right knee can’t take it.
