Not only does my health app monitor my steps, but I can also use it when I am dancing, lifting weights, boxing, treadmill, etc. This ensures that I get all my workouts entered into the app.
Of course I can enter food, sleep, weight, it will take my heart rate, oxygen level, and stress level. I also add my water intake, caffeine, blood pressure, and blood glucose.
It gives me daily updates, weekly, and I can check back by the dates too. It also lets me know my active time daily, weekly, and compares to previous weeks.
I happened to pull this one up, and was delighted to see that I had reached my goal for the past 86 days. It’s also nice to know that I am in the top 14% of users.
