It wasn’t the temperature, that only got to 55 degrees today, but it was the north wind of 12 mph gusting to 18 – 20 mph.
The first walk around 2.30 I wore a top, and hoodie, and was freezing, so the second time I added a fleece jacket. Again, I still didn’t get warm walking at a fast pace.
Third attempt at sunset, I put a padded jacket on, and a cap under my hoodie. My body was warm. My feet were okay when in the water’s edge, water temperature 68 degrees, and hands in my pockets.
I managed 14,000 steps, which was 128 minutes of active time. I was really pleased with that. Tomorrow will be very little exercise, although I will be packing, loading, and unloading the car.
Walking on beach sand with naked feet – very sensuous. 🙂 … a mite chilly though. 🙂

It took 30 minutes for my hands and feet to get warm once in.
