Boxing, weight lifting machines, and abs today.

I was surprised at how many people were at the gym this morning.  I got hubby his coffee, and half a cup for me, to help with my energy levels (haha), and off to the bag.

Not only do I do boxing combinations, but also agility, by doing 4 punches, and then running to the side, and back.  I literally stopped everyone around me as I did this.  A young guy just stood there looking at me.  I went over to him, and the lady with him said, that he couldn’t believe how fast I was on my feet.  So I decided to take a video of me doing it.

As I was finishing up my 45 minutes, a 60 year old guy that has spoken to me before, told me about how the weight lighting guys were talking about, the way I got around the bag, and how I punched.  It made my day.

I have boxed for 5 or 6 years, the first 2 or 3 having no idea what I was doing, apart from getting stronger.  Since being with my trainers I can’t believe the progress, and know it is the reason I am a survivor no matter what.
