After the treadmill this morning, I had to do something this afternoon, as I can’t keep still. My body just yearns for me to move. I did the 4 minute ab workout that I often do at home, and alternated between 1 arm total body extensions, and the squats. I then did 4 minutes of squats, and running, and then went back to the first one. 12 minutes of non stop movement was perfect, I feel amazing. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2IPkW78iVb8
I was on carpet, and it the middle of the room so totally safe. My left wrist was in the sling so I couldn’t move it.
Not having 3 footballs matches to watch today was also a downer, but it’s back to the simple life, and doing the best we can.
