An easy day today.

On occasion hubby has a sugar low (hypoglycemic) during the night. This was the case last night. I gave him orange juice, and this morning a egg, sausage, cheese croissant, to bring his levels to normal.

These really take the stuffing out of him the following day. So he sleeps, and rests in the recliners.

I did go to the gym this morning, taking every precaution possible. There were around 10 of us there.

I did 20 minutes of fast, intense total body extensions, squats, and running on the spots. 3 – 6 minute ones, with a break in between. This was with my sling on. Then 40 minutes on a well disinfected treadmill, using the incline.

I am home, and hubby has just had lunch. So off to try and get my couple of food items.
