Washing your hair isn’t easy when you can only use 1 hand.

Hubby was saying that he doesn’t like not having our routine, and what are we can to do today. He was content to go to the gym, and eat lunch out a couple of times a week.

I told him that my morning would be taken up washing my hair, and taking a shower. It is not easy when you have a cast on your left wrist, which is around 6 to 8 inches long. I managed it by having a drizzle come out of the shower head, and keeping my left arm behind the partly open shower curtain.

I am proud of myself to shampoo, rinse, condition, rinse, and get my towel on, without getting the cast wet. I also showered too.

I have no makeup on, but took a photo of a clean me.

  1. So very true. Went through that when I fractured my shoulder ball years ago. Wasn’t easy but got through it. 🙏
