I still love all the previous Zumba dance workouts, I have shared with you, but this one is fiery, sexy, and yes you sweat. It starts off with Queen, who I love, and then several other tunes.
Today it has been raining, and it is forecast on, and off all day long, so I decided to do Zumba. I completed 50 minutes, and burned 326 calories, which is much better than walking, and safer too.
Hubby did Silver Sneakers yesterday, and I joined in with a more upbeat version. I love that we are working out together.

Now I can have cottage cheese, with lots of fruit.
I have done these short easy Zumba dance routines twice today.
