My wrist out of the cast.

Every time I do an hour Zumba class, Body Combat, or a combination of YouTube videos, my wrist, and arm sweat with the cast on.  I take it off for 10 minutes for it to cool down, gently wash it, and then put talc on it so that I can get the cast back on.

The part of the cast where I have my finger in to show you, rubs the still swollen top of my wrist.  When it sweats it get really sore, so I only use my left arm/hand part of the workout.  I can’t wait until the 20th to go back.  This one will have been on 3 weeks then, and a total of 6 and a half weeks since it happened.

I take back everything I said yesterday about improvement.
