Nannette was the newest boxer in my class. I didn’t want her to go weeks without going through the combinations. She stays fit walking, stretching, lifting at home, so we didn’t have to go through anything else.
I showed her the punch combos facing her, and then turning my back to her, and stating each move. Jab, jab, punch, left hook, right hook, double left hook. She was saying them with me. We did 12 minutes of combination air boxing, and then she gassed out for 5 minutes.
Twenty minutes of my time isn’t much, but is so rewarding when it helps others. I so love my boxing ladies.
