Ended up doing 2 hours of Zumba today.

I did the 10.30 class with Kim, and then went onto Marlene’s page, and did her fast paced ZIN Studio Virtual Class.  I also did her Monday Zumba one.

I love all the instructors, but Marlene always pushes me that little bit more than anyone else.  Thank you for giving your time, for us.  It was great that the family joined in as well.  It made it very special.

  1. That looks great. My husband and I are doing the Eldergym. It is good but not too taxing. My husband usually just does the treadmill or elliptical at the gym so this is good as it is more of a full body workout and includes stretching and a warm up. Today was upper body. I could do more but with an hours walk in the afternoon up and down the trail hills we are both keeping in reasonable shape.
