I haven’t given up on my boxing, even though I have a cast on my left wrist, and can’t go to the gym. I have a boxing punch ball/bag in my walk-in closet, and every so often I go in there, and give it hell.
Zumba 7 days a week, and sometimes 2, and even 3 times a day is great, but I also want to keep my muscles.

Wow! I’ve never tried Zumba. I’ve been running, but it can be hard on the joints. I might have to try Zumba one of these days! You look great! Keep up the good work!
