My left wrist is healing well, as it’s now seven and a half weeks. I am still wearing the flexible cast for Zumba, Body pump, and Body combat.
Tonight’s Body combat felt so much better, as I was putting weight behind my punches. I only did half a class, as I am trying not to overdo it.
I am just trying a happy medium, and getting back to having my protein bars, and shakes.

Good for you!!! So glad you feel better. I also do Zumba and Bodypump!! Aren’t they the best classes? 😀
