Air boxing is the way to go.

I have penciled in Tuesdays, and Thursdays, to continue with my senior ladies boxing class.  Well, it’s now one on one via Facebook Messenger.  We have no idea when gyms will open, so I want to keep my ladies up to speed with their stance, and combinations.

Today will be the first time that I demonstrate the moves without my cast on.  If it were actual boxing I wouldn’t be doing it yet, with my left hand.  Hitting into the air, is a good way to start getting more movement, and flexibility.
