Old Time Rock ‘n’ Roll used to be hubby’s favorite tune to jive/jitterbug to. So when it came on Pandora today, it was our chance of get a little exercise.
That was after I had workout on Facebook Messenger with one of my ladies, and done the 4 minute abs YouTube video twice. Yesterday I did it 4 times. I didn’t do any on the floor because of my wrist, but did either squats, running on the spot, or total body extensions. Later I will either do an hour of Zumba, Strong by Zumba, or Body combat.
