I had 3 xrays taken off my left wrist, and it is healing well.
I asked when I could start boxing, and he said I can do shadow boxing, which I have been doing all the time. In 2 – 3 week a light punch ball/bag.
My yellow peril will be used again. Around 4 weeks for boxing, but I have to stop if I get any pain. I haven’t had pain since day 1, and that was minor.
My pain tolerance is so high I didn’t know that I had fractured a bone in my ankle a few years back. It sticks out, but doesn’t hurt.

I started with 1 lb then 2 and using 3 lb weights with it now.
