I had left a comment on a blog post about mental health, and received a reply back. I then typed.
‘I am at the gym right now. I am so hyped and motivated, that the anxiety, and panic attacks have no room in my life’
What a statement! If that isn’t positive thinking I don’t know what is.
7 years of working out, and my mental health has been so much better. I so wanted to share this with you. The more I think about it, I know that this is truly amazing.
