2 hours at the gym today

Hubby is in his class. I am still working with a 3 lb. weight in my left hand. After doing some punches, boxing, I realize that my wrist isn’t ready

Slow and sure is the only way to go.

I will do my ab routines, while waiting for him.


  1. Because I am a 24/7 caregiver to my husband, so boxing, Mauy thai kickboxing, lifting weights, and Zumba are my outlets. That’s why my wrist is driving me crazy.


  2. That’s good..he is so lucky.
    My significant other loves a full stomach 🤦‍♂️
