I wrote a post, here on my blog, about the Jointown Face Masks being in stock, with a link to their listing on Amazon.
5 weeks after purchase, we started to find masks that only one of the ear loops was attached. I was going to contact them on Amazon, so that quality control could look into the matter. However they were no contact listed. So I did a google search of Jointown, and got their information from it. I then emailed them.
This is what I got in the mail today. A brand new box of 50 face masks. Now that’s what I call going beyond good service. If you are thinking about buying some masks, this company stands by their product. Shouting out a BIG THANK YOU to them.
