I am now onto the next phase of my physical therapy. Today I did every arm machine, wearing my gloves, with wrist wraps. I had between 10 and 25 lb. depending on the machine. I only did one rep of each.
I then did 3 leg machines, with between 30 and 50 lb. weights. Usually it is Body Combat, Zumba, Stair Stepper, and bouncing on the upside down Bosu ball.
Finally I did an ab one, for 150 reps. I used to do 750.
I feel really good changing my routine, and know that my body will react to a different kind of workout. My left wrist feels great.
