I was sent a product to test, for arthritis, carpal tunnel, and small areas of pain. I was asked to use it once a day, for a week, and then write an honest review.
Day 1. I was able to do some light punching on my small ball.
Day 2. I did 40 minutes on arm, and leg machines.
Day 3. Today. I did 45 minutes of my kind of Zumba. Upping it a notch. Followed by 30 minutes of machines. I increased each machine, either by weight, or reps.
I have no pain.
I will let you know after 7 days how I am doing. I will also tell you the name of it.
