Hooray, I thought this day would never come, and really didn’t expect it for another couple of weeks.
Each day this week I have been strengthening my left wrist, so today I put on my extra long wraps, and went to the boxing bag. I started very gingerly with a single light jab, and then my usual punch, instead of the double jab.
I then started doing the basic boxing combinations, and found them easy to do. I then went onto multiple punches, hooks, and upper cuts, just touching with my left wrist. Before I knew it I had achieved 30 minutes. I can’t tell you how ecstatic I am.
I then did 20 minutes on the upside down Bosu ball to do aerobics, and cool down.
Really proud of myself.
