Every day is a new day. So today I decided on Body Pump.
It is a class where you are lifting weights, and was hoping to do 30 minutes. I have known our Instructor for a long time, as I do her Zumba classes. She told me the modifications.
I am so pleased that I did 35 minutes, and improvised where my wrist would be twisted the wrong way. I also stood up for the ones on the mat.
My wrist cannot hold my weight.
Now hubby is in his Silver Sneakers class.

Coupled with boxing, body combat, Muay thai kickboxing, Zumba, etc.

That’s awesome! I was a group fitness instructor for many years; and taught every thing under the sun including Zumba, Kickboxing, Silver Sneakers, etc. These days I mainly stick to cycling (both indoor and outdoor), walking, pilates and stretching. I love seeing your posts and reading about your classes; and your husband taking his SilveSneakers class.
