Arm machines are either increasing by 5 lbs. or extra reps.

As I can do Zumba 5 – 6 times a week, I don’t need a lot more agility/aerobic workouts. So I have been throwing in several leg machines, between my arm/wrist ones.

Today I went on a machine that I have been doing 100 lbs on. Today I upped it to 140. I would have taken a larger photo, but was told that this chain are private gym clubs, and not to take pictures. Therefore you will only see close ups of me, or the machine I am on.

I also did a full hour today with no pain. Yes, that will be the next post I write about. The pain pen you have all been waiting to hear about.
