Breakfast is an important meal, and I need something that we get me through a couple of hours of working out. Today I am going to do the Body Pump class, which is mainly lifting weights, and then I will do a little aerobics, and a cool down.
Therefore oatmeal, or porridge, made with fat free milk, and sliced strawberries will give me the energy I need to get through it. Plus I could eat this every day of my life. Luckily I love the good stuff.
I know I’m going to sound really ignorant here, but what is the difference between oatmeal and porridge?

Nothing. It’s called oatmeal in America, and porridge thr U.K.? Canada? Australia, and most of the world.

That looks delicious! Will it taste as good with almond milk? I do not do dairy.

Well… as far as I know porridge is always cooked, a dish of oatmeal can also be just oats in a bowl that aren’t cooked.

Thanks for all the great inspiration that you show on your blog. It’s always interesting to see what people eat and it really is true, that’s what their bodies look like and that’s how healthy we are. You should see some of the things, people eat who are not well! Then you know why it’s called lifestyle-diseases! We’ve had a B&B for many years and it was just amazing to see what people eat and how that showed on their bodies! greetings from Northern Europe from Liv

I have a girlfriend that says she looks 6 months pregnant, and she eats and drinks whatever she fancies.
