Last week I did 35 minutes, as it was my first time, and I didn’t want to aggravate my left wrist. Also I wasn’t sure what I was doing.
This week I remembered to take my Yoga mat, and I have a Yoga soft plush towel to go on top of it. I got my weights, hand weights, and stepper, so felt great.
Not only did we have our instructor, but 2 other ones in the front. This was great for me, as I could watch the one that was doing the modifications. Because of this I was able to complete the class.
I felt as good as when I first started Body Combat. My strength is progressing on a daily basis.
Getting more in shape, day by day..

Like I was 18 weeks ago, before I fractured my wrist. Can’t wait to get back to boxing and kickboxing.

Light jabs with my left wrist, and using 3-4 lb weights in that hand. Also using weight machines.

Oh my wife used to love Body Pump! Sadly, the gym that offered it closed a long time ago, and I don’t think she ever found another one nearby …

Has she tried looking on YouTube. I pick up all kinds of classes on there.
