Success. I finally did it.

I didn’t get back to the bank yesterday, so waited until I had plenty of free time today.

I again phoned the number on the back of my credit card, and had to do all of the security stuff again. This time I got a lady with an accent, and I found it hard to understand her. However I persevered, and she understood what had happened. She said that she would get me into my account.

After trying several things, she said that she would phone me back on my cellphone. Within 5 minutes she did. She put me on hold a couple of times, and then said that she would give me a temporary code verbally, as the problem was text messages weren’t being received on my phone.

The phone went dead. I thought, here we go again, more problems. She called me back a few minutes later with the code, and I was able to enter it. She stayed on the phone while I put in a totally new password that I have never used before.

I thanked her so much, because I was to the point where I was going to cancel the 2 credit cards, and take our money out of the money market account. I have since logged out, and logged in, and it works.

Amen to that.
