I had to push myself to have cereal, and a weak coffee this morning, but driving to the gym I started to feel better.
I had my temperature taken, and given my place number, then straight into the class. We have to set up a stepper, bar with weights, single weight, and hand weights.
Once the class started I was into it 110%. All my worry, stress, anxiety had dissipated.
Now I am cooling down on the upside down Bosu ball, while hubby does Silver Sneakers.
