I woke up to hear on the news today, that 2 dozen states in America, including Florida, residents have been receiving packages from China, that they didn’t order. They contain various different types of seeds.
You are asked to contact the Department of Health, if this happens to you. Do not open them, or throw them away, as they could start growing in a landfill. At this stage they are unaware of what they are.
In these uncertain times, I wanted to share this news, as we all want to remain as safe as possible. It could be a hoax, but who knows?
This is a scam by Chinese internet merchants who create phony orders for a valuable product, jewelry for example, shipping worthless seeds instead. This generates a review on the web site the seller uses to post a phony review.
