For years I have been writing reviews, posts, etc., and rarely get a reply. I wrote about Ultimate Health Plans yesterday, and got this Facebook message from them this morning:

Small, local, is a very good thing. Hubby was with Humana around 20 years ago, and I was lucky if he got his referrals on time. I really feel confident with a company that cares,
