We are fortunate to be on the west coast of Florida, and shouldn’t feel any effects from tropical storm Isaias. The southeast of the state are starting to feel the wind, and the rain approaching. It is expected to leave 2 to 4 inches of rain, and high winds. on the east coast.
I am so thankful, with so many storms already this hurricane season, that it is not as severe as it could have been.
Prayers to anyone in low lying areas, that could get some flooding. Please stay safe.
My sister is in Cocoa Beach and my brother is is Merritt Island. They told me that they are ready for whatever comes.

Praying the authorities are right, and it shouldn’t be too bad for them.

Glad to hear it Susie! Two of my female cousins and an aunt have moved to the central part of Florida in the past few years, one on/in a sailboat, one after a traumatic brain injury is in a care center, and one bought a house. The one in the sailboat has it out of the water on props and tied down, that was the most worrisome but not now 🙂 Still watching for family on the rest of its path in Myrtle Beach, etc. Going to be a long season.
