Strong workouts morning, and evening today.

This morning as there was no boxing bag, I was told one is on order, I did 30 minute of my own Body Pump. I managed one on Sunday, and again today. Afterwards I was on the upside down Bosu ball.

Then tonight I did the virtual Strong Nation. I keep up with these young instructors. The only part I had to improvise was, when I was on the floor, as my wrists aren’t strong enough. I still did the leg part. It was so fast, and exciting.

What a fantastic day. As I always say, I feel like a 20 year old. Just wish I hadn’t broken my right wrist twice, and the recent left wrist fracture. Not complaining, delighted in what I achieve.
