Just finished my Body Pump with Paola. This week I felt much more comfortable in the class.
I believe it’s 4 or 5 times now. All the lifting is fine. Towards the end I find my strength going in my left wrist. When kneeling, my right knee doesn’t like pressure on it. I still am pushing to the limit.
So next week I will be the bound lady, as my wrists are bound, and I will have knee supports too.
Just call me ‘Mommy’.
