All important bank, health, investments, etc., I use my laptop. Pretty much everything else on my phone.
Yesterday I wanted to get into hubby health insurance, to get his glucose straps, and OTC products.
Norton password manager wouldn’t let me put the password in. I tried to click on ‘forgot password’ to hopefully clear it, but it kept putting a password in. After an hour I gave up.
In older laptops I have gone into Control panel but the new one didn’t have it in the list. So today the only thing I could try was settings. I found ‘Norton’ under apps. It said to pay, or use a code to continue to log in. It proved that I had stopped it a long time ago.
I uninstalled it. When I tried to login in hubby’s account, the bugger came up. However, I was able to click on the login part that Norton didn’t cover, and it worked.
Hate, hate passwords, and trying to get the correct ones to work.
