Adapting my workouts without a boxing bag.

Until we get a boxing bag, that they say is on order, I have been doing different exercises. Today I did 30 minutes, of the moves we do in the body Pump class. I am not sure whether my stance, or technique are correct, but the aim is to strengthen my fractured left wrist. I hope to improve them once my wrist is back to normal (hopefully}.

Then I did 20 minutes on the treadmill, which I hate. I did it because I wanted to have bursts of running. 3 minutes on 3 mph, 1 minute on 6 mph.

That was my morning, now it’s laundry, cleaning bathrooms, and the kitchen, and I still have the minutes for the board meeting almost 2 weeks ago, to do.
