Is it getting to you?

This morning I got up, went into the bathroom, to have a shower and wash my hair. I was enjoying the warm water running allover me. I grabbed the shampoo, squeezed the bottle, and started to rub it through my hair. It felt smooth, but no suds.

I moved out of the water flow, and looked at the bottle. It was conditioner. I thought ‘What the heck, I will just add shampoo to my hair’. I have had many dual shampoo/conditioner products, and as I love both of these products, I guessed it would work. I know my hair is clean, with adding the shampoo, and it was already conditioned.

I made sure I got the right products for shaving my legs etc., and body wash.

I really do need to concentrate more. This new life style is affecting my brain as well, and that’s not a good thing.

  1. It is.  But I find I follow a routine and if I vary it a bit I’m bound to forget something. Seriously getting depressed as time goes on.

  2. ‘Covid-brain-fog’ is a very real thing, and you’re right, it’s NOT fun … but I tell myself it’s not me, and most of the time, manage to laugh it off.
There’s so much distress in the world that we can’t help but tune into some of it even if we’re not consciously aware of it.
