Prayers going out to Louisiana, and Arkansas, with Laura being upgraded.

When I see a Cat. 4 hurricane out in the gulf of Mexico. my heart goes out to the people in harms way. This time it is going to be Louisiana, and Arkansas.

I hope all have evacuated, because their lives are more precious, than property.
