Yesterday I didn’t get a chance to write about this class. Paola is so easy to understand, and explains every movement, to ensure that we all lift correctly.
When we go in the room, we wipe down all the items we use, and set them in front of us. We need a stepper, yoga mat, bar, weights, and hand weights.
As well as lifting, we do squats, and lunges, while lifting hand weights. She tells us when we need to go light, and heavier. I am still on the small weights, because of lifting it over my head, and having it on the back of my neck, and shoulders. However, I have been increasing my hand weights.
It’s a class that anyone can do, as you can do some of it without weights, and still get a workout.
