It was a sad day today, as we didn’t see Tara,or Paola at the Zumba class. We have now lost 3 amazing instructors, that really gave us an incredible workout, to Crunch Fitness. Photo above are of Tara, and Kim, who are no longer at the gym.

It is really hard to get motivated with new instructors.

Unfortunately I do not have a choice in changing gyms, as this one fits in with hubby’s Senior Sneakers class, and all his friends are there to assist when necessary.

The times are a changing…….
