For a treat, snack, or if I can’t wait for dinner, I go for a handful of nuts, and a few seedless grapes. A healthy snack, and filling too.

I know it may be a stretch for some, Susie. If I need a snack I’ll have a handful of nuts with four or five prunes! Yum… It may not be everyone’s happy!
