First off it was some stretching at the gym, followed by Paola’s Zumba Gold class. Hubby went into the Silver Sneaker’s one, so I decided to work on my abs.
These are the 3 machines I used. The one in the video is really good, and when people get on it, they tend to be there for a long time.
The one with the weights underneath is supposed to take 40 lbs *4×10 lb”, but the last one always comes off, while you are in the middle of the routine.
I had just completed them, when hubby’s class finished. Perfect timing.
