Doubled my weight in Body Pump today.

Since starting my body Pump workouts with Paola, on a Wednesdays, I have been using the lightest weights on the bar, due to my wrist that was fractured. It’s been about 6 weeks now so I when to the next weights, which actually doubled my lifting weight. I put the smaller ones next to me in case I needed to change them at some point. I am happy to say that I had little discomfort for the whole class.

I also upped my hand weight on my left, from 3 to 4 lbs.

So I am patting myself on the back, at my big achievement today.
