Hubby had blood work done this morning, and then it was breakfast.
We are at the gym, and I have done my Zumba class. Our new lady, added a couple of our favorites songs, which we so enjoyed.
Hubby is doing Silver Sneakers, while I am bouncing on the upside down Bosu ball.
It will be a protein bar for me, and a snack for hubby then off to my boxing session at Load More Plate.
There are important documents to be signed for our timeshare, so we will then head to the accounts office.
Not sure whether we will need something to eat before going home.
It probably be late afternoon before I am back on WordPress.
I donโt know whether to be jealous and/or impressed
. Probably both. My goal is 10000 steps a day. That includes a stationary bike.
