Patrick is now my trainer at Load More Plate, and I am really pleased that he is getting me back into using my left wrist, and shoulder. Both were weak, due to the fracture of that wrist.
The video shows me getting into my rhythm, and my speed is increasing, each week we workout.
I need this one on one instruction to ensure that I keep my guard up, and get those quick, in and out punches/jabs/uppercuts in.
Really pleased with all the great trainers that they have.
