I have already done a fun Zumba class, then some stretching, and now it’s a meal size protein bar.
After this it’s off to my boxing trainer, for another great workout.
This Elevation chocolate mint protein bar has a little too much sugar, but with all the working out, flavor in more important to me. I get them at Aldi, and believe they are around a dollar a bar.
Most bars have a ton of sugar in them, and it’s amazing how few people look at the labels there.
I think you can cut yourself a little slack on the bar though when you’re doing a double workout. Carbs are energy after all. 🙂

Boxing! I know you are an experienced boxer. But this past week I did an online session on the Eldergym that was an introduction to boxing. It was like a cardio class with boxing moves. Quick moves and I had to think about what I was doing as the instructor put moves together in sequences. It was fun!
