Yesterday was a Zumba class at the gym. Then today after the 7 a.m. Premier League football match, I got ready, and went to the gym.
I started boxing, moved onto lifting weights, and finished with more boxing. Hubby stayed home to see Brighton beat Newcastle 3 – 0. I am delighted with that result.
We are both watching Chelsea- Liverpool right now, and Chelsea have a straight red, right at halftime. 0 – 0. Now I put the odds in favor of Liverpool.
I wish I could lose my extra weight but I can not do any crunches
