I received an email from the Amazon seller, saying that they would work with me, to sort out the problems with the chairs. They suggested a $10 refund, or exchange them.
I replied to them, saying how dangerous they are for the older generation, and explained about my husband couldn’t get his bottom on them. That he had tried twice to sit down, and both times couldn’t get onto the middle of them (seat area). He had taken 2 falls, and that they needed to be returned.
I am now waiting on their follow-up email.
