I still used the same weight for lifting with the bar, but doubled my weight when lifting a weight over my head, and down to the back of my neck.
I also was able to do better pushups, and held a weight throughout squats, and lunges. I even got on the floor, which I have found difficult to do, using a hand weight with crunches.
So happy.
